Sara Putt worked as a Junior Agent and then as a Production Manager before buying Carlin Crew in 1990. She very soon established her own agency, Sara Putt Associates, offering career management and a more personal form of representation than previously given. She also runs ADS whose clients work within the art department.

Kate Watson Joined Sara 10 years ago from a varied background which included TV production and work with international charities. Kate represents clients across the agency and her remarkable knowledge of film makes her the initial point of reference for all feature film work both here in the UK, throughout Europe and in the US.

Jenny Braham worked as a freelance Associate Producer in television for many years before joining the agency 5 years ago. Jenny heads up Research, liaising directly with all forthcoming productions in order to market our clients. She also coordinates all client payments.

Having joined us straight from college as our office junior, Jess Jones has worked her way up and has recently taken over the running of Carlin Crew. Alongside day-to-day management Jess is also actively recruiting new clients for the diary service. Over the next few months Carlin will be expanding its client base in all areas.
