The BAFTA Children's Awards 2014 will be taking place on Sunday evening, and we would like to wish the best of luck to our clients who worked on the some of the nominated productions.
Two productions worked on by our clients have been nominated by votes from children ages 4-17. Firstly, there is Maleficent in the ‘BAFTA Kid’s Vote – Film in 2014’ category, which worked on by Julian Morson – Steadicam (2nd Unit), Laura Healey – Phantom Assistant/Download Technician (Additional Photography) and Dan Barrow – VFX Consultant and the second is Wolfblood in the ‘BAFTA Kids Vote – Television’ category which was worked on by DOP, Si Bell.
Maleficent has also received another nomination for ‘Feature Film in 2014’ and Wolfblood receives its second nomination in the ‘Drama in 2014’ category.
In the ‘Learning – Secondary in 2014’ category, Poetry: Between the lines receives a nomination, which was worked on by Martin Clarke – Sound Recordist.
The Awards will be held at The Roundhouse, London on Sunday the 23rd of November and will be hosted by Comedian/Rapper Doc Brown.
