Flagship initiative supporting scripted indies in Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland to scale for international HETV markets.
• Led programme strategy from design to delivery, working closely with BFI and regional screen agencies to align creative development with international market opportunities.
• Selected and mentored participating indies, providing bespoke consultancy on slates, production strategy, and commercial growth planning.
• Chaired high-level masterclasses and roundtables with global execs from Sky, Amazon, Paramount, Disney, Fremantle, ITV Studios, All3Media and others—facilitating direct access to decision-makers and driving dealmaking conversations.
• Strengthened financial and market positioning of participating companies by brokering connections and fostering co-production opportunities.

Production feasibility planning for Band 2 & 3 scripted shows including budget drafts, schedules, international location strategy, financial structuring: co-production, tax incentives, and distribution strategies. Consultancy work has enabled several projects to secure funding and move forward to be greenlit.

•In-house Executive Producer on Paramount+ Ewan McGregor’s ‘A Gentleman in Moscow’ and international thriller ‘Band of Spies’.
•Managed the creative process collaborating with independent companies, showrunners, key talent and internal Paramount stakeholders.

• Responsible for the commercial negotiation & management of over thirty original UK scripted shows for Paramount including P+ shows ‘Insomnia’, ‘The Killing Kind’ and ‘Stags’ and C5 shows ‘The Inheritance’, ‘The Hardacres’ & ‘All Creatures Great & Small’.
• Running and managing the slate with commissioners Sebastian Cardwell, Paul Testar and Ben Frow
• Reviewing & negotiating production budgets & schedules with Producers and suppliers, ensuring value for money
• Working strategically to negotiate all commercial terms for each commission across all platforms
• Liaising with internal departments including Legal, Finance, Scheduling, Compliance, Press & Publicity, Broadcast Operations to ensure excellent communication and efficiencies are maintained

• Key in the leadership team, supporting the Head of Drama to manage the current shows in production
• Exec Producer ‘Silent Witness’ S24 & S25, ‘We Hunt Together’ S2,’The Break’ S5 & oversaw ‘Doctor Who’ S13
• Drama lead on Diversity & Inclusion steering group with particular focus on hiring and finding new talent
• Initiated a neuro diversity scheme in post-production, piloted on ‘Doctor Who’ with plans for it to be launched across all genres
• Key member of the Screen Skills mentoring team
• Used her deep knowledge of production, to take the lead on the ‘back to filming’ strategy during the pandemic, coordinating multiple departments to restart six shows
