The 2012 Emmy Nominations have been released. It is so great to see so many British productions nominated.
Among the nominations for Best Drama is Carnival Film and TV's 'Downton Abbey'. The second series which is nominated had episodes lit by DoP Dave Marsh and the Sound Recordist was Chris Ashworth. The third series which is being shot at the moment has Sound Recordist Brian Milliken working on it.
The Emmy nominees for Best TV Mini-Series sees strong competition from BBC's Luther (Brian Milliken- Sound Recordist) and Sherlock which had episodes edited by Tim Porter.
The winners will be announced on the 23rd September.
