ScreenSkills’ High-end TV Skills Fund and Media Trust launch a new training programme to support freelance production management professionals to bridge into roles in high-end television.
The programme will deliver expert-led training to equip participants from across the UK with the tools to understand what they can offer and more effectively market themselves, network, pitch their professional experience and build a career portfolio to work in HETV.
They’re holding a free, online launch panel next Thursday, 9 November, 5 – 6pm. Chaired by Media Trust CEO, Su-Mei Thompson, the panel will delve into the reality of working in high-end television, paths into the industry and advice for people who want to move into production management or accountancy roles in HETV. It will discuss the course content and other relevant information, with an opportunity for audience members to ask questions about their applications.
