Full-Time Account Role vacancy at vibrant crew agency based at Shepperton Studios.
Applicant must be competent in Excel/pivot tables. Good knowledge of Sage Line 50 preferred but not essential.
Responsible for invoicing productions, client payments and other accounts related matters. Must be reliable, conscientious and able to work to a weekly time scale.
This is a client facing role so excellent people skills are essential. Successful candidate must be a good team player who can work closely within a friendly close-knit group.
Key responsibilities include:
- Issuing weekly invoices for clients to productions and updating the database
- Checking the bank account for payments received twice a week and paying funds over to clients online, less commission
- Updating payments on a client invoice log
- Raising payment certificates for clients for payments made
- Tracking client commission and updating monthly budget
- Issuing quarterly invoices to diary service clients
- Entering invoices in Sage Accounts
- Tracking diary service commission
- Responsible for tracking expenditure/all overheads
- Entering/payment of all overhead/expense invoices
- Management Accounts- Monthly
Desirable skills:
- Competent in Excel/Pivot Tables
- Good knowledge of Sage Line 50
- Monthly payroll
