Job Description: Personal Assistant to MD / Office Manager

We require an Office Manager/ Personal Assistant to the MD. These roles are crucial to the smooth running of our busy office & we actively seek and welcome applications from a diverse range of backgrounds as we strive to be a more diverse and inclusive organisation.

Responsibilities: –

The role is varied and includes general office tasks including (but not limited to): answering the phone, handling enquiries liaising with both Film & TV industry production offices regarding crew requirements and client availability, arranging meetings, assisting social media platforms, assisting other members of staff, scanning, photocopying, printing, managing office supplies, making teas and coffees & collecting the post. The role will also incorporate being a PA to the MD.

Ideal candidates should possess the following qualities and experience: –

Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, written, verbal)
Collaborative and supportive team player who enjoys working within a small team
Highly organised and able to prioritise and juggle competing demands
Diary Management
Strong work ethic
Demonstrate initiative and problem solving skills
IT confident. Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Commitment to helping us build a diverse and inclusive industry

Ancillary Skills/Attributes: –

Savvy with social media – or a willingness to learn
Interest in Film and TV drama
A good understanding of Central London locations for arranging meetings
A willingness to attend client networking and industry events and get to know our clients, Trainees, Foundationers and industry contacts.

Terms of Employment: –

Full time (Monday-Friday) 9.30am – 5.30pm
This is a wheelchair accessible, office-based role at Shepperton Studios
Initial 3-month trial contract with the possibility of extension
Salary TBC on experience circa £25,000
Bonus scheme tbc
Medical insurance and Pension contribution after a 3-month trial period
